Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat - Element Water
This retreat is being held in cooperation with the company -momentsam- The course is conducted by Lina Wansel and is therefore bookable on both websites.
Your time out in Ticino with meditation, yoga, and mindfulness for a valuable connection to yourself and the element of water. This retreat allows you to take a break from the daily grind and indulge in a restorative holiday atmosphere amidst the beautiful nature of southern Switzerland – be in the flow – feel – perceive.

Sementina (near Bellinzona) - In Ticino, Switzerland
In our shared accommodation, a typical Ticino rustico surrounded by chestnut forests, you will be able to recharge and soak up the sun with 4-7 other participants. Alternatively, we also offer campervan pitches and the option of private accommodation.

What you can expect:
These days we are exploring the element of water in a variety of ways. The retreat, taking place in the warm late summer, is led by Nina from Zensenergy and Lina from momentsam.
Together with you, we create a space for friendly and respectful interaction. You can spend time together, enjoy silence, feel your body, reconnect with yourself, and nurture your connection to the element of water and nature through yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and gentle sounds.

Yoga in the morning, late morning and afternoon/evening: meditation, gentle physical exercises, mindfulness sessions, breathing exercises (pranayama), creative practice
Organization and guidance by your certified yoga and mindfulness teachers Nina + Lina (currently in MBSR training)
Inspiration for your personal space / free time
Vegetarian/vegan food – cooked and eaten together or individually – inspired by Ayurveda
Overnight stay in a double room (or with 3 people) in the shared holiday home «Rustico Ponte Tibetano»
Experience the house, the garden, the forest, the water and the mountains!

Accommodation and meals will be billed separately from the retreat costs.
