ENERGY - GROWTH & HARMONY
I warmly invite you to experience a deep connection with yourself through Kundalini Yoga. Accompanied by gentle singing bowls and essential oils, a space of peace and regeneration is created.
Through targeted kriyas, breathing exercises, and meditations, your own life energy is activated, and your physical bodies and energy centers are gently cleansed. This practice brings body, mind, and soul into harmonious balance. Mindfulness is of particular importance to me – it is the key to inner clarity, balance, and awareness – in the here and now.
BALANCE - PRESENCE & INNER STRENGTH
I will guide you through a beneficial Hatha Yoga practice that harmoniously connects body, mind, and breath. Gentle, sometimes static asanas alternate with flowing sequences, creating space for peace, strength, and awareness.
Supported by singing bowls, essential oils, and subtle incense, the practice becomes a sensual experience that activates your energy and deep muscles, gently balancing your energy centers. At its core is presence—conscious awareness—in every movement, every breath, and every moment. It is the heart of my yoga practice and the key to inner balance and stability.

where life really takes place
" Mindfulness is the power to live in the moment. "

AWAKE - CONSCIOUS & BEING
The practice of mindfulness invites you to encounter life with open senses – in yoga as well as in everyday life. In these sessions, we will explore together how mindfulness can unfold in every moment – through mindful walking, breathing, and drinking, as well as through contemplation and conscious integration into your daily life.
Guided breathing exercises and body scans help you to perceive the natural flow of breath in your body and to establish a deep connection with yourself. This creates a space of stillness, presence, and inner clarity where you can simply be.
SILENCE - EXPERIENCE & TRANSFORMATION
Meditation and breathwork are valuable ways to dive into the depths of your being – beyond thoughts, roles, and actions. These meditations can be practiced sitting, lying down, standing, or even walking – wherever you feel comfortable and present.
PASSIVE MEDITATIONS & SOUND BATH
In this type of meditation, we turn our focus inward, to the breath and the subtle flow of thoughts – accompanied by gentle guidance. Furthermore, you can rediscover a relaxed and resonant journey into your inner self and your senses of hearing and touch. This is accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and tuning forks. Align your frequencies and vibrations to invite what you need into your life.
ACTIVE & OSHO MEDITATIONS
Active meditations open up space for movement and body awareness. The OSHO meditations are particularly powerful, allowing you to experience your body intensely with all its physical and subtle layers.
BREATHING EXERCISES AND GENTLE PRANAYAMA
In addition, various techniques and gentle pranayama will guide you into a deep connection with your breath - to release blockages, allow energy to flow freely again, and experience lightness and harmony -
SAVASANA DEEP RELAXATION
It is a very beneficial practice with guided dream journeys in which you can let go, delve deep into your subconscious, and allow healing insights.

"Mindfulness is not about fleeing across the sea, but about riding the waves."
